Savoury yogurt - cheesecake with paprika vegetables

Savoury cake - more like a souflee - with bacon and lots of cheese.

Jogurt Cake with bell pepper veggies

Yogurt cake fresh form the oven

For 2 servings

4 eggs
500g yogurt
salt, pepper
100g mountain cheese
40g starch
100g bacon

Paprika vegetables

2 large red peppers
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
water, salt, pepper, sugar

Grate the cheese, chop the bacon and mix all the ingredients. Take baking paper and scrunch it up. Line a round, lightly greased pan with the revived baking paper and put the mixture in it.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cut the bell bell pepper into fine strips, as well as the onion. Sauté both in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the vegetables with the casserole.
