London Fog Latte

Goes cold or hot - here times both variants

For one serving

1/2 bag of tea (Earl grey or Breakfirst tea)
200ml water (hot version)
100ml water (cold version)
100g ice cubes (cold version)
Sugar to taste

40g cream
20g milk
1 tbsp vanilla syrup
2 tbsp sugar syrup
1 tsp brown sugar

Boil the tea and sweeten it to taste. For the cold version, boil the tea in correspondingly less water, since the ice cubes are still added.

Take a nice glass with round about 300ml capacity, dip the rim in sugar syrup, then in brown sugar.

For the cold version

Chill the tea, put the ice cubes in the glass, then the tea.

Mix cream, vanilla syrup and milk and froth. Pour the milk mixture on top of the tea.

For the hot version

Omit the ice, boil the tea with 200 ml of water.

Mix cream, vanilla syrup and milk and froth it. Pour the milk mixture onto the tea.
