Shrimps from the oven

Cook shrimp in the oven is super fast. Add dips and enjoy.

Shrimps with romesco und aioli dip

For 4 servings

12 raw shrimp with shell and head
60g olive oil
60g white wine
6 small cloves garlic
6 stalks parsley.

Mince garlic and parsley and mix all ingredients with shrimp in a baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and cook the shrimp for 6-8 minutes, depending on their size.

Add the sauces you like. In this case aioli an romesco sauce. See the links below.
