Harz Cheese chips

Low-calorie snack. Season with paprika and whatever else you like. I also make the chips as a snack for the dog, without spices.

1 pack of harz Cheese (alt. grey cheese, - cheese made from whey)

Cut the roller into very thin slices because they pop a lot. Season with paprika and whatever else you like.

Cover the trays with baking paper.

Take one segment per tray, place them wide apart on the tray. Bake at 170 degrees for 8-12 minutes. Keep an eye on them and take them out of the oven immediately before they explode.

Carefully loosen them from the tray, let them cool and store them like cookies in tin cans. They last a long time and stay crunchy.
