A wonderful dip that goes totally well with BBQ, jacket potatoes, wedges, etc. I for one am thrilled.
6 figs
1 date
1/2 chili pepper, red
1 clove garlic
lemon juice to taste
1/2 bunch parsley
300g cream cheese
200g sour cream
1 tablespoon mayo
salt, pepper
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender of your choice. Let the mixture stand for a while and taste.
