Garlic salt

Goes great with steaks and as a topping for soups. For seasoning sugos and sauces also very fine. Please forget about ready-bought garlic granules.

1 garlic bulb
salt - quantity see below.

Peel garlic - of course only very good organic garlic - shred in equal parts, that is 1:1 with salt in a blender. You have to weigh the garlic after peeling and then add the amount of salt. If the paste is too firm, add 1-2 tsp of water.

Now spread the paste on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, heat the oven to 60 degrees and convection.

In order for the moisture to escape, put a cooking spoon in the oven door so that it is open a little.

After a little 1-2 hours - it varies depending on the oven - the mixture should be firm. Take out, shred in a small blender and put in a screw jar.
