Yorkshire pudding

Yorkshire pudding goes great as a side dish to BBQ or pan-seared steaks.

Yorkshire pudding

4 eggs 200g whole milk 200g flour salt beef bone marrow - alternatively neutral oil

Beat the eggs for the Yorkshire pudding until foamy, add salt and the milk and stir in flour until lump-free.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Put 2 tablespoons of marrow or oil in each well of the muffin tin and preheat it.

Carefully pour the batter into the hot molds and bake the yorshire pudding for 20-25 minutes.

Tip for Yorkshire pudding

If you like, you can fry bacon, shave cheese and add it to the batter before baking. We do not do this here.

Serve with salad.
