Swiss sausage salad with coarse mustard

Classic Swiss sausage salad with hearty mountain cheese, but this time with coarse mustard and walnut vinegar. Add bread and you have a delicious meal.

Swiss sausage salad with coarse mustard

4 pickled gherkins
500g meat sausage
2 small red onions
80g hearty mountain cheese (more to taste)

Dressing

75g walnut vinegar
100g water
2 tablespoons neutral oil
1 tablespoon coarse mustard
3 tablespoons chive rolls
1 pinch of sugar
salt, ground pepper

Cut cucumbers, sausage and onions into fine slices, the cheese you have to slice. For the dressing, mix all ingredients and add onions, cucumbers and sausage. Let it infuse a bit and top with the cheese and chive rolls.
