Parmesan fritters
80g grated Parmesan
40g Gruyère or mountain cheese
Preheat the oven to 150° Clesius. Mix both types of cheese. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place the cheese on the baking paper with the help of a decorative ring. This is a little fiddly.
Bake the cheese on the middle rack until it has melted and taken on some color.
Let cool, then use a palette to loosen onto a draining tray and drain the fat onto a paper towel.
However, you can do this with any hard cheese.
