Cabbage chips

A delicious snack simply fried cabbage - The disadvantage: you have to make them fresh, because they lose the crunch relatively quickly. Is therefore nothing with storage in the tin can. Unfortunately, that did not work for me.

Fried Cabbage chips

Just grab some nice cabbage leaves, remove the ribs and deep fry them for 30 seconds at 170 degrees in neutral oil. Make sure the leaves are nice and dry.

Let them drain on kitchen racks.
