Whole milk cookie chocolates

A quick number - crispy cookie chocolates with milk chocolate.

Vollmilch-Cookie Pralinen

For 32 pieces

200g milk chocolate
6 chocolate butter cookies
1 tsp cocoa butter
Food coloring with glitter (optional).

Melt the cocoa butter and spread it on a clean silicone mold. This will give the chocolates a nice shine. If you like, you can spread food coloring (powder) with glitter effect into the molds. Melt the milk chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave (low heat) to about 40 degrees.

Crumble the cookies and in the food processor (small electric mixer) and mix them into the melted chocolate.

Put the mixture into a piping bag and fill the molds. Refrigerate the chocolates until they are hardened.
